Taste always comes first in Jackie’s recipes. Her cuisine follows a “simple is delicious” approach, but her talent ranges the gamut from traditional to trendy and easy to professional quality. Her main focus is on high-flavored plant-based cuisine that’s natural, fresh, and nutrient-rich. Jackie also loves educating others about ways to help fight our climate crisis though food selection and preparation techniques, like “lid cooking” pasta and “hyper-baking” cookies.
Jackie has experience with foods from virtually all regions of the world, while her major influences are Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, especially since she grew up with a Lebanese mother who was a caterer.
