Taste always comes first in Jackie’s recipes. Her cuisine follows a “simple is delicious” approach, but her talent ranges the gamut from traditional to trendy and easy to professional quality. Her main focus is on high-flavored plant-based cuisine that’s natural, fresh, and nutrient-rich. Jackie also loves educating others about ways to help fight our climate crisis though food selection and preparation techniques, like “lid cooking” pasta and “hyper-baking” cookies.

Jackie has experience with foods from virtually all regions of the world, while her major influences are Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, especially since she grew up with a Lebanese mother who was a caterer. She loves to marry her strong culinary foundation and influences with today’s hottest trends.

Jackie has created hundreds of specialized recipes for food industry clients, designed to meet their exact needs — which has often involved a social media angle. For many of the consumer-based projects of her clients, she also provides food styling and photography services, such as for Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, California Walnuts/California Strawberries, The Mushroom Council, Almond Board of California, and Pacific Coast Producers. She’s works on both branded and unbranded projects.
