crispy salted & spiced dark chocolate chip cookies

One of my favorite childhood memories with my mother is baking Original Nestlé® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies. My mom always measured everything out in advance (mise en place!)—which I’d later realize as being super helpful in good culinary practice. Another luxurious chocolate hazelnut spread is Nocciolata; but it’s rather rich to be eaten regularly–and it does contain dairy. So I decided there needs to be another option. Here’s my 100% plant-based and 100% delicious result. I based ithis dark chocolate dessert hummus on classic hummus–with several flavor twists, of course!
