jackie newgent side

SINCE the age of three, Jackie loved to play in the kitchen. She still does. Luckily her recipes are much tastier (and healthier) now than her earliest creations of bologna-potato chip canapés and French fry burgers. Culinary school helped Jackie expand her repertoire of two recipes—and then some! As a chef, her specialty is making nutritious food delicious. Her primary goal in recipe development: flavor.

Jackie’s flavor-packed recipes and meal plans can be found in cookbooks, magazines, brochures and elsewhere. You might get to see her enthusiastically demo recipes live at various consumer or professional events, too. She’s especially excited to announce the release of her new cookbook,
The All-Natural Diabetes Cookbook: The whole food approach to great taste and healthy eating. And, as always, enjoy some of Jackie’s delightful bites for everyone, too.
