| SINCE the age of three, Jackie loved to play in the kitchen. She still does. Luckily her recipes are much tastier, healthier, and greener now than her earliest creations of bologna-potato chip canapés and French fry burgers. Culinary school helped Jackie expand her repertoire of two recipes—and then some! As a chef, her specialty is making nutritious food naturally delicious. Plus, Jackie is an expert at pleasing the palate while pleasing the planet. She has perfected her own high-flavor, low-carbon cooking techniques which help save energy, such as “lid cooking” and “hyperbaking." |
