| SINCE the age of three, Jackie loved to play in the kitchen. She still does. Luckily her recipes are much tastier (and healthier) now than her earliest creations of bologna-potato chip canapés and French fry burgers. Culinary school helped Jackie expand her repertoire of two recipes—and then some! As a chef, her specialty is making nutritious food delicious. Her primary goal in recipe development: flavor. |
